To All Current and New Clients of Arizona Laser Skin Solutions and Body Renew
Due to the high number of clients that fail to show for their scheduled appointment without notification, or fail to cancel with the required 24 hours notice, we have been forced to implement the following policy.
A valid credit card must be on file in our office to schedule ALL future appointments. If a credit card is not available, a deposit of the full treatment fee must be paid in advance.
A NO SHOW or CANCELLATION with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge to your credit card or a deduction from your deposit of 50% of your treatment fee or $50 whichever is greater.
If for some reason this is not acceptable to you and would like to complete your treatments at another facility we will be glad to arrange for your medical records to be transferred.
